How it works

  1. 1

    Show us your hair

Take a few clear photos of your hair in natural daylight and send them to us on WhatsApp.

  2. 2

    We find your match

We look at your colour, your highlights and how light or dark your mid-lengths and ends are.

  3. 3

    Meet your Honeymoon shade

We recommend the closest shade we have, send you the link, and answer anything else before you buy.

Getting the photos right

Good light is the difference between a good match and a guess. Two minutes near a window is all it takes.

Do

  • Stand near a window in natural daylight
  • Leave your hair loose and brushed out
  • Photograph the back and both sides
  • Make sure your mid-lengths and ends are visible
  • If you have highlights or balayage, show the different tones

Don’t

  • Use filters or beauty mode
  • Use the flash
  • Stand in direct sunlight, which bleaches colour out
  • Take photos under yellow indoor light at night

Also tell us: is your hair natural, coloured or highlighted, and roughly when was it last done? It makes a real difference to the match.

Good to know

Your ends matter most

Tape-ins sit under a layer of your own hair, so the colour that needs to blend is usually your mid-lengths and ends rather than your roots.

Screens aren’t perfect

Phone cameras and screens shift colour, so a photo match is our best professional estimate, not a guarantee. If we can’t match you confidently, we’ll tell you.

Between two shades?

Tell us. Blended and highlighted shades can bridge two tones, and we’ll be honest about which is closer.
